The synthetic fibre used for the head is PBT technopolymer manufactured by BASF, which has low moisture absorption and moderate resistance to impact and friction. The tuft, made of high-density synthetic fibre, has excellent mechanical stiffness and resistance to chemical and thermal agents (up to 230 degrees Celsius).
