Shipping policy

Delivery costs and times
The shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer and are calculated according to the country of destination. Orders are shipped from 48h to 72h. Added to this is the delivery time.
In case of unavailability of an item, the customer will be notified by email or telephone. The customer can choose to reimburse the unavailable item, replace it with another item at the same price, or send the missing item as soon as it becomes available. In which case the rest of the order will be shipped to him first, then the missing item second.

OVERSEAS, EUROPE AND THE WORLD

The shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer and are calculated according to the weight, according to Colissimo pricing. They can be simulated in the basket by entering the country of destination.

For shipments outside the European Union, you may have to pay customs fees and VAT specific to the country of dispatch. These costs remain the sole responsibility of the customer and we are unable to provide you with information on this subject.

Transport
The goods travel at the risk and peril of the purchaser, to whom it is the responsibility of checking the items upon receipt and of making reservations if necessary by immediately contacting the carrier's customer service.
