The EPSILON Silvertip Fibre Black & White is a modern, high-quality alternative to natural hair brushes. The Silvertip synthetic fibre mimics the softness and water retention of real badger hair, while being 100% vegan and easy to maintain.

For best results, we recommend two methods of use :
1 - In the jar : Soak your shaving brush in warm water, drain it slightly and then use circular movements in the jar, applying gentle pressure for 30 to 60 seconds, depending on the stiffness of the bristles in your shaving brush.
Once a paste of soap has formed around the bristles of the shaving brush, work it into a lather over your face, using circles or back-and-forth strokes (like painting) over the area to be shaved until you have a nice lather. You can add a few drops of water to the bristles of the brush at any time to get the consistency that's right for you.
The right dose of water is all about achieving the ideal balance between good protection and good glide. A thick shaving foam with less water will provide more protection, while a thin shaving foam with more water will help the razor blade glide more smoothly.
Rinse the shaved areas with water, preferably cold water, to ensure that any stray hairs and remaining foam are removed.
When you've finished shaving, rinse your shaving brush well to remove all the foam and wring it out as best you can. Rinse off any excess lather from the surface of the soap and leave it to dry. After a few hours, you can close the lid and store the soap in a cool, dry place away from light.
2 - In a shaving bowl : Using your finger, take an almond-sized amount of shaving soap and press it into the bottom of a shaving bowl. Soak your shaving brush in warm water, drain it slightly and work your lather into the bowl in circles until you have a shaving foam. You can add a few drops of water to the bristles of the brush at any time to obtain the consistency that suits you.

J'aime beaucoup le look du blaireau. La poignée tient très bien dans la main et est facile à saisir et à tenir. J'ai d'autres pinceaux qui ne sont pas aussi bons.
Le nœud a un diamètre de 26 mm et est très serré. Les cheveux synthétiques sont très doux et se sentent très bien sur le visage. La brosse pèse 96 grammes sèche et 123 grammes humide, elle absorbe donc 27 grammes d'eau. Si vous le battez légèrement, il pèse 115 grammes. Vous devez y penser lorsque vous faites mousser le savon. Lorsqu'on le bat légèrement, il produit une énorme quantité de mousse.
Je n'ai que cinq blaireaux différents. L'Epsylon est à égalité avec mes brosses à toiture beaucoup plus chères du Portugal.
