These general conditions of sale govern sales on the"E&S Rasage Traditionnel"website, www.es-rasage.com.
They aim to define the terms of sale between "E&S Traditional Shaving" and the user.
Placing an order implies full and unreserved acceptance of these general conditions of sale, prices and product descriptions.

Articles
The products presented on the site are likely to undergo modifications on our part. The photos of the items presented are not contractual.
Duration and validity:The prices indicated on the site are valid during their online presence.

Selling price
The prices are indicated in euros and all taxes included including VAT at the rate in force for France and the countries of the EEC. The modification of the rates, upward or downward, would have an impact on the price of the articles. The prices are indicated excluding shipping costs unless otherwise indicated on the site. All orders, regardless of their country of origin, are payable in euros.

Delivery costs and times

Shipping costs are at the customer's expense and are calculated according to the country of destination and the delivery partner. They can be simulated in the basket by entering the country of destination.

We work with the express carriers UPS, CHRONOPOST (DPD), FEDEX and DHL for shipments within Europe and LA POSTE FRANCAISE for the rest of the world.

Average delivery times are as follows (from dispatch):

UPS : 1 to 3 working days

CHRONOPOST (DPD) : 1 to 3 working days

FEDEX : 1 to 4 working days

DHL : 1 to 3 working days

LA POSTE FRANCAISE : 6 to 12 working days

For shipments outside the European Union, the customer may incur additional customs and VAT charges in the country of destination. These costs are the sole responsibility of the customer and we are unable to provide you with any information on this subject. However, you can go to your country's customs website to calculate them.

Transport
The goods travel at the risk and peril of the purchaser, to whom it is the responsibility of checking the items upon receipt and of making reservations if necessary by immediately contacting the carrier's customer service.
"E&S Traditional Shaving"does not reimburse any package that has been damaged during its delivery.

Method of payment
Payment is made by credit card through the secure payment of the Stripe gateway or by PayPal.
Signature and proof:the online supply of the bank card number, the entry of its visual cryptogram and the validation of the order will be worth proof of the entirety of the order in accordance with the provisions of the law of March 13, 2000. This validation is worth a signature and express acceptance of the operations carried out on the site.

Right to retract
In accordance with the regulations in force, you have 14 days from the date of receipt of the items to request an exchange or refund. The request must be made before expiry of the deadline. Returned products must reach us in perfect condition and in their original packaging. Any item used by the customer will not be taken back or exchanged.
The shipping costs of the exchange (return and new shipment) are the responsibility of the customer. The products must be properly packaged to avoid any damage during transport.

In the event of a return request due to an "E&S Traditional Shaving" error, the shipping costs will be fully reimbursed. However, this exchange will take place when the customer has returned the products that do not correspond to his order. Retention of title
"E&S Traditional Shaving" remains the owner of the goods until full payment of their price and related costs.
