Shipping
Yes, for purchases over a certain amount. For European and North American countries, the amount is displayed in the banner at the top of the page.
For each order you receive a confirmation email with a link to track your order. You can also track your order by clicking on ‘Track your parcel’ in the menu.
It depends on where you are. Order processing takes 0 to 1 working day. Deliveries to most European countries can take 1 to 5 working days. Delivery details will be provided in your confirmation email.
Yes, we ship worldwide. Shipping costs apply and will be added at the checkout page. For countries in Europe and North America, they are displayed in the banner at the top of the page. You can also estimate the shipping costs on the ‘view cart’ page.
